Nigel Aldridge

Nigel Aldridge is a highly respected real estate professional with extensive local experience dating back to 1994. Having built a reputation for exceptional results, integrity, and genuine local knowledge, he has successfully sold thousands of properties throughout his career, with the majority located within the City of Kalamunda and surrounding hills districts. His outstanding performance has been recognised through numerous industry and Ray White awards.

Nigel began his real estate career as a Sales Representative with Ray White Kalamunda before becoming a partner in the business. In 2012, he assumed full ownership and rebranded the office as Ray White Aldridge & Associates, establishing one of the area's most trusted and successful independent Ray White businesses.

As Principal and Licensee, Nigel leads by the philosophy of "Givers Gain" believing that giving back to the community creates lasting relationships and positive outcomes. Over the years, he has proudly supported numerous local sporting clubs, community groups, schools, and charitable organisations through ongoing sponsorships and involvement within the City of Kalamunda.

Nigel has also made a significant contribution to the real estate industry itself. For more than 15 years, he volunteered his time assisting on the public enquiries desk at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), while also mentoring and coaching many local sales representatives who continue to build successful careers in the industry today.
